The Daniel Ntow Obese Foundation (DNOF) was established on January 10, 2022, in memory of the late Daniel Ntow Obese, who passed away on May 11, 2021. The Foundation was officially launched on August 7, 2022, at the Presbyterian Church of Ghana (PCG) Unity Congregation, Nkanfoa, Cape Coast, where Mr. Obese served diligently as a Caretaker for 15 years. On November 2, 2023, DNOF was incorporated as a Foundation Limited by Guarantee. The family of the late D. N. Obese, in their gratitude to God and the Church, decided to establish this Foundation to honor his legacy. Initially, the Foundation aimed to raise funds to complete and equip the Childrenโ€™s Service Block and later to provide scholarships for needy but brilliant students in the Pedu and Cape Coast Districts of the Church, as well as the Nkanfoa Community. This vision was endorsed by Rev. Dr. K. Otopa Antiri.
